本楽曲は、C.ライネッケによるフルートのための楽曲「バラード作品288」の後に続けて演奏されることを想定している。
I. バラード冒頭のモティーフのキュビスム的再構成。
II. 極度に引き伸ばされたバラードの冒頭モティーフによるドローンと、ライブ・エレクトロニクスによる、先の演奏の「歪められた記憶」。
This piece is intended to be performed as a continuation after Ballade Op. 288, a piece for flute by Carl Reinecke.
I. Cubist reconstruction of the motif at the beginning of the ballad.
II. a “distorted memory” of the earlier performance, with the drone of the ballad’s opening motif stretched to the extreme, and live electronics.
